Our Office is located in central Warsaw, in a historic townhouse at Lwowska 7/5, on the 2nd floor (accessible by lift). We deliver the complete range of notarial services as set out in the Notarial Profession Act and other pertinent legal regulations. We provide services in English, Ukrainian and Russian.
Practice Areas
We boast extensive experience in real estate transactions, both on the primary and secondary market. In addition to handling a variety of individual transactions on a daily basis (premises, land property), we have also assisted in development investments and secondary market investments (residence revitalisation, aparthotels).
Our field of expertise comprises also commercial companies law, covering both partnerships and limited companies, including public companies and investment funds. We provide a broad range of services in respect of internal corporate relations (amendments to the articles of association, records of shareholders’ meetings), as well as external commercial transactions (submission to enforcement in case of non-performance of lease contracts or financial obligations).
Our team has a wealth of experience in dealing with Merger & Acquisition transactions. Our professional portfolio includes both share deal and asset deal transactions. We have also drafted numerous collateral instruments for investment financing and refinancing transactions. Also, we provide expert legal services falling under the scope of inheritance law (succession instruments, such as records of declarations respecting succession, distribution of estate assets) and family law (marital contracts pertaining to financial matters such as division of matrimonial property or maintenance agreements).
Anna Nalazek-Bronkowska
Notary
Anna read Law at the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration, where she earned her Master’s degree and completed a post-diploma program in Company Law. She also holds a Diploma in British Law awarded by the British and European Law Centre in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. Anna completed a 2.5-year post-graduate traineeship program as a contracted trainee notary, and in 2014 she moved on to the position of assistant notary. Since 2019, she has been practising as a notary at Anna Nalazek-Bronkowska & Ewa Boroń. She has also completed a mediation program offered by Partners Poland Mediation Centre and can act as a mediator.
Ewa Boroń
Notary
Ewa holds a Master’s degree in Law and a Diploma in Company Law, both earned from the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Law and Administration. She completed a 3-year post-graduate traineeship program as a trainee legal counsel and passed the professional qualification examination with distinction. For nearly 5 years, she pursued the career of legal counsel, specialising in business transactions, working in renowned international law firms, where she delivered services both to Polish and foreign clients. Since 2019, she has been practising as a notary at Anna Nalazek-Bronkowska & Ewa Boroń. She has also completed a mediation program offered by Partners Poland Mediation Centra and can act as a mediator.

Fees and Charges
Our remuneration is determined by agreement with the parties to the notarial transaction, and it does not exceed the maximum regulatory rate prescribed for the specific service. To get a quote, please contact our Office.
